Summer has finally arrived at Mt Rael!  With the warm, dry days and cool nights that we are known for in the Yarra Valley, Mt Rael has embraced the season and Chef John is excited to be working with the seasonal produce that is allowing us to make our own sorbets - full of colour and flavours, the summer menu is simple, fresh and local.
