Autumn has arrived at Mt Rael!  With the warm, dry days and cooler nights that we are known for in the Yarra Valley, Mt Rael has embraced the season and Chef John is excited to be working with the seasonal produce that is allowing us to make us of the gorgeous autumnal produce like Heirloom pumkins and wild mushrooms.

We are delighted to annouce the successful launch of Palate Modern, Fresh Healthy Food inside the Healesville Contemporary Art Space, where the very creative John Knoll oversees the gallery as well as producing amazing salads and cakes daily.
