From the moment we arrived, the staff were very good. However, once in a while there is an occasion where outstanding service is given. Carol was one of the best people we have come across in hospitality for many many years. She was able to foresee the needs, foibles and problems of my family in a way that was outstanding. My elderly mother is 86 years old and has major hip problems. The kindness and consideration Carol showed her was brilliant. My six year old granddaughter can be very factious and difficult. Carol sorted her out with kind words and special service and treats in a way which few others could perceive. The others in my family were also suitably impressed with her manner, efficiency and service including the harmless capture and dispatch of a beautiful large huntsman spider.
